With it's prime location in Eagle Pointe, our luxury Florida vacation villa is convenient to all that Orlando and Kissimmee have to offer.  In just a 10 minute drive from Disney you can be home for a quick nap in the afternoon or a dip in the pool to cool off before returning to the parks later in the day.  We've found that this is a good idea for families traveling with young children.  It's helpful to pace yourself when taking in all that the parks have to offer.  

The scenic drive along Poinciana Boulevard will take you past cow pastures and horse farms as you approach the entrance to Eagle Pointe.  You'll feel secluded when you're really just a few minutes from all the shops, restaurants and establishments on Highway 192.  This is one of the main roads you will utilize during your stay here in Kissimmee.  Large highway markers are predominantly displayed along the road which are very helpful in finding what you're looking for. A 24-hour Super Walmart is just down the road from the villa off of Oren Brown Road (3 minutes), which is a convenient place to shop for groceries and other necessities.

The Orlando / Kissimmee area has so much to offer that you may not be able to fit it all into one trip!  Disney World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World and Busch Gardens are all within close proximity to our Disney vacation villa. 

Kissimmee also has much to offer in the way of tours and sightseeing, parks, preserves and hiking trails as well as fishing and boating in it's chain of  breath-taking lakes.

Those who enjoy golfing will not be disappointed with the variety of courses available to play in the area.
